Default Has anyone used a Yank PYE converter?

Im looking for a PT series converter but everyone has them sold or they wont respond to PM's. Theres a local guy here that has a PY3600E for sale thats almost brand new. Will it work on a n/a setup with just a cam and bolt ons maybe a 100 shot? How will it compare to a PT4000-4400? Am I wasting my time or should I wait for a PT converter to pop up on here? I just dont want to deal with any of that fuddle/tci/vigilante **** I want yank verter

that's rated for boost/nitrous applications, should be fine.

i'm actually lookn to get a py3400 but wouldn't mind a 3600

pt4000 and above will be way too much for you, you'll blow right thru the converter.

I have a SS 4000 when i bought it from Yank they told me it was a good nitrous converter, my cousin has a PT 4000 and has sprayed it, and has had no problems. Give Yank a call and they'll point u in the right direction.

I had a PT4000 and with a 150 shot out of the hole, I'd blow right threw it.

Switched to a PY3600E. And lost 3rd gear today got about 20 miles on the new motor, diff, and converter. so I dont have any experience with the new converter.

The PT4000 is amazing NA converter, not so hot on the juice

Would having your N20 on a progressive controller help this?

I run the FJO unit, and I wasn't happy with the progression and was just spraying out of the hole. I suppose it would help, I cant confirm anymore as I dont use that converter any more. All my spray runs were 150 from the hole

I had a PT400 and sprayed RIGHT THROUGH IT!!! Good on motor, bad on juice. Yank suggested a SS3600 for me, I have that now. I may go ahead and just get a PYE3600
