on one hand, those fellows can drive and on the other, they shouldnt be driving like that with all those people around

Would have been funny if someone slammed on the brakes b/c they were ridin their ass. Thats would teach them to act a fool in traffic. I always tap my brakes when people are on my ass & if they don't like it I down shift & drive like my grandma.

There is no reason ever to get that close to the rear of someones vechicle. I always try to leave plenty of brakeing room between me & the person in front of me.

lol i do that too..if someone is on my ass i drop gear and let the rpms fly up...usually the sound of that with the cut out will give them the hint to get off my ass...

The only difference being that they travel in packs of up to 25 and make it a contest to see who can come the closest to the car's bumpers while "ricer whipping" in between at the same speeds (or greater) as that vid, on a MUCH MORE congested road. :eek2: :nono: :loco:

ya its like that around here too, gets annoying after a while...but what i hate more than ricers, is people who simply, and fundamentally, cannot drive their vehicle.

1) Ghost rider is god. I'd say they need more practice but that would be stupid.
2) Bikes sounded AWESOME.
3) I will obviously admit and point out their apparent talent, but at the same time....it's retarded. I will go out on a limb and say...at least do it when it's a lot less congested... zipping around only to advance around one car and gaining maybe 2 car lengths at a time is a waste of effort and makes you look like a fool.
4) "Ricer whipping" is gay and i call people in for that... u can kill your self on a bike all u want, but u can kill MANY people in a car. :judge:

What I do when someone tailgates me is I downshift and move over to the shoulder so they can pass but when they get side by side with me, I hammer it! That's my main pet peve when it comes to driving. I freakin' hate tailgaters!

Illigal to do that here in Indy, they call it brake checking. Watched a lady do it to a kid on a busa for no reason (he was not to close). he got around her but not the person next to her. No gear on him or his girl.... remember 2 face or whatever from batman.... she could have been his twin sister....

i doubt it...around here if i cop pulls over a lamborghini or ferrari going some crazy speed like 270km/h or whatever, they usually just check out the car, give the driver a thumbs up, and leave.

Im just not impressed by people riding motorcycles. It is obviously not that hard to ride a wheelie or switch lanes like a crazy man with all those people if everyone with a bike does it. I cant think of a single person I know that has a motorcycle that cant ride a wheelie or drive it fast, and trust me they arent good drivers.

i know this isn't the best forum to be asking this, but i weigh 140 lbs., 19 years old, do you recommend me buying a sportbike, or waiting until i'm 24-25 or something? i don't want to be accelerating and have the bike do a wheelie and me fly off because i weigh nothing lol (i'm sure you just have to accelerate gradually, and clutch properly and so on).

btw i have lots and lots of experience driving standard, and would consider myself a decent driver
