Too leave the dynatechs on or not Im putting an sts kit on my truck and I already have the lt headers and am wondering if I should ditch them or not.

I left my ASM's on for over a year thinking they helped the turbo spool up faster. When I swaped back to the stock manifolds there was no difference. Could not feel any power increase or decrease either. At idle and part throttle my wideband would jump up and down about 3/10s of a point with the headers. With the stock manifolds it rarely varies more than 1/10 either way.
