Transmission condensation?

Transmission condensation? Well after a day of breaking in the new verter I looked under the car and saw the pan dripping with fluid so I though Son of a B---H! 
But when I looked at the fluid it was water... And my AC was not on so what the hells going on? Is it just condensation? Didnt drive through any puddles either..
