Gears & Axles - Any idea how we could get a shifter similar to this one?

A shifter like this would be fantastic. Does anybody have any idea how we could get one? How would I start getting something like this made if it isn't available for us? Any ideas?

Those are "gated" shifters. It's a European design. You don't want that, it will hinder your shift speed and will not enable you to powershift.

Well I have been working on this shifter. I've got my aluminum all together, have the shaft and ball made and getting read to cut the plate. I'll bolt it all in and drive it around. If I don't like it then I just have some extra aluminum but if I do like it I'll send it off to the refinishers to be polished and clear anodized. I've just always loved these style shifters. I'll post photos and opinions.
