Default WTB: Catback for 98-02 LS1

Prefer SLP dual/dual or Borla. Possibly Corsa or Magnaflow. Must be in excellent condition. Just don't want any loud systems like SLP LoudMouth, I'll be 40 next month!

I have a Magnaflow catback with maybe 500 miles on it that will be coming off my car next week if you are interested. Nice sound without that drone or excessive annoying "noise"

I'd would have thought these things would be easy to find. I called SLP to see if any distributors still had stock on these. The guy kinda laughed when I asked if they had any plans of bringing it back. He said they canned it because they had virtually no sales. Surprising, but I guess Loudmouths are popular. Oh well, ping me if you have a nice dual/dual.

what's difference in the LoudMouth I vs II ? I'm not looking for anything loud or raspy. I recently heard a LoudMouth II system and that isn't the tone I'm looking for. Just something with a little more tone/volume than stock.

I have never heard a LM II in person but I had an original LM (1) on my LS1 a couple years ago when it was mostly stock and it was loud, raspy and set off car alarms left and right. I liked it but I was younger, and the car was new so it seemed like a good fit for a "muscle car" at the time.

Also, see post 2.
