what would be some goods mods besides NOS and a supercharger or turbos to get me around 400 HP

To the wheels? Or 400hp at the crank? This info would help.

A big cam will get you over 400rwhp.

plus your standard mods like cai,throttle body, intake manifold, headers, cyclinder heads, and a good tune will take you abit over 400hp

Cheaper to just get a cam, headers and a lid.

I'm at 397 with a "baby" cam, headers, lid, and a tune. I have now ported the TB so hopefully that's got me past the 400 mark.

Cam, LS6 manifold, full exhaust, and a tune should be able to get you up there.
