Spokane? I thought I was the only one on boards on this side of the state! :)

Would definately nab this from you if I had the cash, but just spend $3k on a built tranny for my GTP. :(

Good luck with the sale! :jest:

has about a 1000 miles on it.as far as the locker goes, it sucks. click, click, click. i have 6 speeds, it did unlock once about the 1/8 mile at 105 mph. kinda scary. any ways thats why its priced low i figure anyone that needs one races, and would have to replace it for a spool.
thanks matt

The locker, if functioning correctly, shouldn't be that big a deal over an Eaton posi... unless you like flying through the corners, then it will probably not be a good idea. ;)

With the locker in my Camaro, is was really only noticeable on slow corners, when it would have a little bit of a "clanking" sound as it locked/unlocked. I never had it flat out unlock on me at speeds above what you'd do in a parking lot. Never happened to me on the highway, and certainly never happened to me on the drag strip. It took every bit of the punishment I threw at it and came back for more... definitely a good setup for an M6 that will see lots of drag strip time.

I had the same diff and same gears in my old 69 Mustang and it was kick ass... except I only had a 3 speed auto so highway speeds turned 3000+ rpms. With a manual or a 4 speed auto it would be very nice :)
