Hp ? OK here is the deal. When I got the car back with new motor it made 482rwhp @5.5psi. Took the car to up the boost on Monday different shop. They just called me back said the car is ready and it made 505rwhp@12psi. They told me that it made 302rwhp before and now its making 505hp. The 482whp5.5psi was on a dynojet and 505rwhp12psi is on a mustang Dyno. Whats wrong here?

Even if you try to do a little upcorrecting on the Mustang dyno numbers to make them something like ~540 rwhp to compare to the previous Dynojet measurement... it doesn't seem like you're getting the increase you should from the additional 7 psi boost. And is the STS using a 67mm turbo? Maybe 12 psi is past it's efficient range?
I'll assume that they re-tuned; perhaps they pulled timing at the higher boost level?
