Default Critique my FI rotating assembly

I know I am an LT1 guy, but there are no other tech sites that compare to this one. I am planning my new motor build and was wondering what ya'lls opinions were. The motor will be a 383 topped with a PortPros Stg III H/C/I(already have.) I am planning on using a T76, and I know, I already have all supporting mods.
For now it wont be inter cooled, but by May(G11) it will be. The only thing I cant say for sure is the head gaskets. I am going to need a .020ish to keep my quench good, but is that to small to keep the heads from lifting? CR should be 8.6:1. How much boost yall think it will handle?
Crank
Pistons
Rods
I am going with the ARP 2000 rod bolts also, there just wasn't that option.
Id be happy to see 650HP on the street. This car is not my DD, just a toy, BTW.

If you can get a 020 head gasket it would be fine. I wouldn t worry much either way. The rest looks good, but you may need to add mallory metal to get it to balance. (another posibble cost)

I head stud mine, and youll need atleast 60 lb injectors. 650 rw is pretty easy, but the 76 will need a .81 or larger housing. Intercool it period.....
BTW, I have two almost identical lt1's as what your building. Both are 5.7 roded lt1's with those same je's, etc....I run stock heads and one stock cam and one not.
I itercool everything and run water/meth but Im in serious heat too. With a good tune 16 psi @ 16 degrees with no water/meth on pump gas. More on better fuel.

You got the exact same 383 assembly as mine (crank rods and pistons). I have the ARP2000 bolts as well as ARP studs with 4 bolt splayed caps. I ordered mine from HPE. I will be running something along the lines of a T76 as well AFR210 ported by LE.
