the same thing happened to me in the spring time but i was not as lucky as you. Right when i hit about 90 i hear a woosh and all i see is sky. Look in the rear view mirror and like ten seconds later all i see is it hit the ground and shatter in to a million pieces. Went back though to get the lock cyclinder. Driver error was my down fall forgot to lock it. Expensive mistake lol

LOL I did the same thing last year....

I was installing headers with my car on lift, I unlocked the t-tops and forgot to lock them.

Well on the first cruise after the install the t-top came ripping off and not a scratch on it! very very lucky!!!

oh yeah whats with the sandbagging, double clutching fast and furious 13.4 time????

Default locking?

Are you guys saying that you forgot to snap the T-top handle closed or that you didnt lock the handle after it was closed? Im just wondering, because I have been racing my car for years now and I have never actually had my t-tops locked, just flipped the handle closed and thats how it stays.
