Negative Trader Feedback - Yet another burn by LFNDUST

I have been trying to give him the benifit of the doubt and he had been responding back to my PM's but now that he has been banned I fear that I am going to get screwed... Here is the e-mail I am providing to paypal and I hope they can get my money back and ban him as well...

I sent Jason $79.00 for a original nintendo. He also charged someone else for the same unit... Then decided to send it to them because they paid more. To date he has not paid me back, he is claiming that his paypal account is messed up and if mailing me the money... but I have yet to see it...

He has been banned from the site already by the admins for failure to pay and I am afraid he is just going to run with my money.... Please do not let this scam artist get away with this...

Told me he only wants to ship the wheels back to me and pay nothing..

After repeated promices he never posted pics of the wheel, just of a box that looked fine and like he put rub marks in it to try and make it look bad.

I am just wasting my breath.

He had got more then one of us, I think he is past the point of trying to tell me what he is willing to do for me.

He needs to do what I want for once, ask the Admin to remove my feedback that he admited to only giving me because I gave it to him and he needs to paypal me the $250 like he said.

After that then I will burry the hatchet!
