I went to the track on sat. and I was running consistent 13.8's, my only mods are an air lid and a cutout. The elevation of the track is about 950 ft. and it was about 75 degees out. Also i broke my tranny mount on my first run and it was bangin on the floor the whole time. Do yall think that is a pretty decent time, and do yall think that it would have been a little bit faster if the trans mount hadnt broke. By the way my car is a 98 SS a4.

Well...I don't know about the trans mount breaking, but since no one else wanted to say it....I will. To be honest, no, that's not a good time. An average time in an LS1 would be somewhere around 13.2 - 13.5/13.6. Just spend some more time behind the wheel. You'll get it down.

What sort of trap and 60' where you getting?
The car should have more potential in it, but track prep can play a big part. your 60' is really the key to it all, if you can get down to 2.0 60' then you'll see some impressive stock ET's.

I was running a 2.4-2.5 60ft...couldn't launch for ****. best mph was a 108..so i know it has a 12.6-12.7 with a good launch.
