You'd need to mill .03815 or ~.038.
64.45(stock 243 casting cc)-59=5.45
5.45*.007=.03815

That's a lot of milling. Be careful of PTV clearance especially with aftermarket valves.

243 is like a .006 mill
Livernois will be at 64 cc
So 64-59= 5 cc
5x .006= ~.030 mill
(which makes sense, I milled my 5.3 heads .025 and ended up with a 59.83 cc)
