Vehicle Weight
I used some ghetto engineering and weighed my car after conversion. Unfortunately, I don't have pre conversion numbers, but from what I've gathered its about 150lb difference from stock cast iron small block/th350.
1969 Camaro/Ls1/T56/12 bolt/baer disk in front/16" TT2's rest stock
Front 1709lbs 56.5%
Back 1316lbs 43.5%
Total 3025lbs
The wheels surprisingly added quite a bit of weight as did the mutli-leaf springs. makes wonder how light I could get it if I went back to lighter wheels, mono leaf, and took out and/or replace the seats.
Anyone else have numbers?

1670 lbs with no gas on my LS1 Lotus Seven replica.
Since I weighed it, I think I have lost a little more weight (big steel tank to small aluminum tank, a little less sheet metal. I'll lose some more weight soon by switching to lighter fenders. My goal is to be in the high 15xx.
