Cooling fans dont work!!!

My coolant Fans are not coming on at all!!!! Theres no ses light, no sign of blown fuses. WHAT THE HELL. what else could it be, they work when you bypass the relay.

relays or the motors themselves are bad

Your answer is in your original post. "they work when you bypass the relay" There you go, get new relay.
