Well the changer in my '98 Z is missing the cartridge. I found a member here that is willing to sell his cartridge I think it is out of a '01 vehicle. So will this cartridge, pop right into my 98 changer?

Yes, if its a delco or pioneer 12-Disk cartridge. Make sure it has all the trays.
