Default Found some boost leaks, how much could I be losing?

Did a pressure check tonight because I developed a MAJOR boost leak right after swapping housings on my turbo. Turns out the o-ring on the tial BOV decided to take a long walk off a short pier. BOV was leaking like crazy from the flange and I was only able to make 7psi.

This is the first time i've pressure checked this piping since it's was changed a while ago. I found one leak on a bad weld right off the turbo. The weld isn't complete and there are at least two 1/8" holes that were missed when the piping was made. How much will a leak like this affect power? I'm hoping that once it's fixed I can get the boost higher than 15psi.

Now I wonder how long i've had an issue with the o-ring on the BOV, hopefully I'll have some new found power after this weekend.
