If you have a blown HG, should you resurface the head? A friend of mine blew his head gasket and he told me that all the repair shops are telling him that he will need to resurface the head? Is this correct?
From reading here I don't see much about resurfacing the head before putting it back on, most I see is checking for warpage then clean the head then install both head gasket and head.
What's the proper method of doing this?
