Default Head Plate Cover

Looking to purchase a head plate cover and bolts.

Needs to have:

1) Black or neutral aluminum color
2) Camaro/SS/both inscriptions (Car is a Camaro)

Let me know what you have with possibly pics posted as well.

Thanks for the help man, but unfortunatly his is just too customized for my application. Hopefully someone will have one somewhere.

I think I have a plain one with no mounting hardware at the house. I'm still in Afghanistan but will be home in 2 weeks and can check.
