ticking sound??

ticking sound?? I just got my car back from the shop and there is a ticking noise coming from near the drivers side header not to sure what it is trying to get some input ffom you guys

someone said that it might be a plug loose or something the ticking sounds like it is every engine rotation, i really hope it isnt anything to major
