Default Fresh rebuild Car jumps out of 6th gear

Well the car shifted fine last night when the trans went back in. Today it started jumping out of 6th gear. It will shift into 6th gear and stay there as long as the clutch is dissengaged as soon as you engage the clutch it pops right out of 6th gear.

Ive had it with the car at this point, so someone please tell me i have an easy fix on the way!!!!

It sounds like the hub and sleeve assembly for 5-6 is worn. It can look perfect, but if it jumps out of gear, then there is too much play between the hub/sleeve, and it will have to be replaced. This part can be had for under 100 bucks, but the tranny will need to be pulled out again to replace it. You will only have to remove the tailshaft housing, and most of the parts and gears in the tailhousing.

The car never jumped out of 6th before the rebuild so it doesnt make sense unless the new blocker rings dont mate with the hub due to it being worn possibly. Any more suggestions im stumped.
