A Kenne Bell Boost a pump surely will not hurt. I have been running a BAP for a few months now with excellent results.

Should be plenty. That's basically the same setup I have on mine. I don't have the AN lines (the stock v6 feed line is the same size but the return line is smaller). I'm also running a BAP but haven't had to turn it up yet.

The most restrictive parts were the two quick-connect fittings I used on the line at the engine. Checked those a couple of weeks ago, and they necked down to 1/4" where the rubber line slips onto the fitting. So I opened those back up to almost the full 3/8" again (by drilling them out).

If you're using methanol, which provides part of the fuel enrichment, that takes some more load off the fuel system too.
