Don't start it unless you're going to be driving it, just starting it up and letting it idle once a week is worse for it than letting it sit for 6 months.
First question is where it's going to be stored.
But no matter where you store it, you'll either need to disconnect the battery or keep it on a trickle charger. Put a ziplock bag over the exhaust openings with a rubber band to keep the critters out. I'd also recommend putting a piece of plywood under each tire if you're going to leave the wheels on it.
Before you go to start it again, pop each spark plug out and squirt a bit of oil in each cylinder.

I'm gonna have a toga/pudding party...sure you wanna leave?? haha Just had to tease you with that... Do what Zeke said, but honestly you wouldn't have a problem with doing nothing. Better safe than sorry though.

Why the plywood under the wheels?

Why the plywood under the wheels?
Concrete tends to leech the oils out of the rubber and break it down. Putting a piece of plywood under the tire stops that from happening.

I heard to store it, put some ATF in each of the cylinders.

Remember to reinflate the tires upon your return, before driving!

Totally non-related, but concrete will also drain a car battery, to a non-rechargable state, in some cases. Again, a piece of wood in between will offer some longevity.
