Default 2 tickets = license gone?

Just got a note from Mr. ******* Jesse White saying that. I got a ticket in Wisconsin over summer going 82 in a 65. I just got this letter from Secretary of State saying that if I get another ticket in the next 24 months my license is suspended/revoked! WTF is that? This has me soooo pissed I can't see straight. How the hell is it physically possible for me to make sure I don't get a ticket in the next two years? 6 months...okay I can see that. 9 months...maybe. But TWO ******* years????

I am turning 21 in Dec, will that change anything? I can't believe this ****...

Don't worry about it. As long as you either : go to the driving school or do community service it will get dropped and your record won't have any tickets on it. Now, if you didn't go to court and didn't pay the fine, not only is it going to bite you in the *** but your going to have a warrant for your arrest in Wisconsin.

It's a lot harder for you under 21 guys. However, I would assume that if you're turning 21 this year, that after that time you'd be on the same over 21 program that the rest of us are. I don't see how the 2 tickets in 24 months rule can still apply once you're over 21....

once you turn 21 youare allowed 3 moving violations in a year. so just make sure you dont get one till you turn 21 and you'll be fine

Default Trafic School option

The best thing to do when you get a ticket is to pay extra and go to trafic school. That way the violation dosn't go on your record. You just go to the 4 hour class and don't get anther ticket for a year and it gets taken off. If you get another ticket within the year, you have to go to an 8 hour class to get it off your record. The class isn't that bad, theres no tests or anything. You watch a few lame videos and talk about all the bad things you do while driving. It just sucks having to take time out of your schedual to do it.

TransAM Mania, I got the ticket in Wisconsin, so I don't believe that was an option for me. Nor would I want to make the 5 hours drive up north to Shawano-bumble **** county to watch a 4 hour video.

eh, i wouldnt worry about it. I'm riding on a ticket right now and its my 4th or 5th i believe. i'm 20 and i'm just on 3 months court supervision. they are just trying to scare you by saying you'll get your lisence suspended. ive gotten that same letter after all my tickets saying if i get another one within 24 months i get it suspended.

I am 21, and have had 5 movers in the last 6 months, & still have my license. Once you turn 21 you get a break. If you get another one within that, get a lawyer and he will get them to plea it down to a non mover with supervision or traffic school.
