Default Oil Burnin/Smokin

Ok nothin really has changed in the past couple weeks except a new PCV valve, and new plugs and wires.

But starting this last weekend I started getting a cloud of blue smoke under WOT, off throttle high-rpms and then after that at an idle for a while. After I opened my cutouts and had a friend rev it up and let off after it let off I saw smoke come out the drivers side cutout only. I'm HOPING it's either just the car running really rich and the fuel getting into the oil and thinning it out enough to get into the combustion chamber, or a valve seal. I don't want it to be rings as I really don't have the money right now for that and it's my daily driver. The car does have a cam for it but could use a tune. I just replaced the O2 sensors as well. The car does "pop" between shifts at times out the drivers side cutout when it's open as well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. And yes I searched

Man I think this is happening to everyone here lately...I've got a thread about it as well...

Mine smokes mainly at idle...not sure of the cause just yet.

Good luck...

Mine is doing the same thing at idle only after the head swap. Cruising is fine, no smoke whatsoever.
