Default LT1 Alternator Question??

I have a 96 TA and want to dress up the engine bay a little bit. I wanted to know where I can get a chrome or polished alternator that will fit like factory. Also, is there an alternator out there that is shorter so if i get new valve covers, they don't have to be notched.

Thanks, Mike

I wouldn't mind relocating it, but i don't like the way that kit looks. The only thing that appeals to me about it is that you get to keep the ac and ps.

I was gonna take it off and just polish it but was wondering if i could find a shorter one somewhere else.

Thanks for the help, just interested in other options.
Mike
