HELP P1441 Powertrain Code

P1441 code is (evap). Is this a gas cap code.

I had this thrown a little while back...my canister was breaking apart inside and the charcoal was keeping the purge valve open (sticking it).

EVAP Canister

Is evap canister behind left rear! Mine is gone. Is it possible it fell out.

p1441 evap system flow during non purge condition. Check the purge valve for charcoal or debris contamination when it is commanded off.

I have non emission headers, but I know I did not remove evap canister. They are located behind left rear tire up in fender. However, mine is no longer there. I just started getting the p1441 code, so it was either stolen or it fell out. Could plugging vacuum line keep ses light off?
