Default Neutral + clutch in = stall

So I am driving down the highway and when I push in the clutch all the way to the bottom, there is a bad shaking on the pedal. This happened for a minute or two and it got progressively.

It then got to a point where when I pushed in the pedal, it happened earlier (as in not all the way down).

I put the car in neutral and pushed the clutch all the way in and the motor stalled. I pulled over and towed it to TWS's place.

Any ideas? Im thinking it is either an exploded puk or something with the clutch fork or the clutch fork bolt.

BTW, this is an LT1 w/ a Ram Powergrip HD.

Cliff notes:

Neutral + clutch in = stall

Im thinking its something with the clutch fork.
