Rio Grande Valley people what do you do for a living?
I live in West Texas about 3 hours east from El Paso. I came to McAllen to visit my brother and plan to move to the RGV. Just wondering what all you RGV people do for a living?

saturdays go to harlingen and just cruise and hang out

Mcallen is the ****.. Lived there for 8 years before moving to DFW.. but I go every month to visit family or friends.. Im gonna register on that sight.. maybe meet up with some people out there...

jobs in the valley are hard to find, Specially if you dont have a degree... well, good paying jobs.. thats why I left. But I keep going back.. Ill be out there next weekend!

I use to work in Edingburg @ the power plants when they were owned by Duke Energy. It was nice and cheap. But I got greddy and wanted more$ and they wouldnt pay since they had a stack of resumes

I have been thinking about trasfering to the trucking yard in Mission. Same thing I do here in west texas just a different yard. How is the Oil Field down there in the Valley.
