Default Fuel pressure

Is it an accurate way of measuring fuel pressure while car is under no load
I

um, if i could get an explanation
Just messing because i just measured currently have broken rearend decided to hook up fuel pressure gauge reved up in nuetral dropped to 57 and idled at 61

That's a better question. No load in my mind= turned off. Idle and a few flares are a load-light but still a load. That measurement lets you know your pump is working. It will not tell you how good your pressure is under WOT load. Hope that helps.

True, true... my junk is rock solid at 61 psi (idle) then at wot it drops to 47 psi and that aint right. The gauge is broke or the pump's are not working properly, need to solve it asap.
