Default 842rwhp, 17 psi Vids

Well my day started out shitty yesterday.......
Got home from a week in Arkansas...... and started off washing the car at 7am in 40 degree weather
Put my directions in mapquest to get to the dyno and entered in VA beach as the city instead of Chesapeke...... after driving around for almost a 1/2 hr lost i called a buddy when i had to stop for fuel.....
Man was i pissed. i had a 1/4 tank of 116 in the car and now she was almost empty........ so i added 3 gallons of pump 93.
Found the dyno 20 min later on the other side of the freeway....
Went to the local Sunoco and bought 5 gallons of 110.
i went onto change the plugs in the car.... drivers side was fine.... now the pass side..... two burnt plug wires.. even inside the protective sleeves.
Changed that all out and the car was fine.... i had, had a miss around 5500 and that was the problem.
Strapped the car down on the rollers... Dynojet Dyno and proceeded.
We had to stop and add more straps..... she pulled her self forward and kissed the metal in front of the dyno.....

**EDIT**
Here are some of the vids hosted thru LS1Tech

http://itlxlr8.com/vids/Dynojet%20Dy...e%20straps.mpg

I adjusted the manual boost controller about 1/2 a turn..... man i need an Electronic one... Street boost is 13 psi and the 1st pull we saw 17 psi..
841.37rwhp and 704.64rwtq

20mb.
http://itlxlr8.com/vids/Dynojet%20Dy...hp%2017psi.mpg

let the car cool for a bit and made another pull. 17 psi same as before.
842.83rwhp and 704.40rwtq

13.3mb.
http://itlxlr8.com/vids/Dynojet%20Dy...hp%2017psi.mpg

The last pull was right after the 2nd one with no cool down and it showed.... same boost..
812.92rwhp and 690.54rwtq

15.5mb.
http://itlxlr8.com/vids/Dynojet%20Dy...hp%2017psi.mpg

The combo again for those who dont know is a
Iron 370ci
STENOD Performance Custom Turbo kit with an S88 Turbo
Baby 224/222 cam
Thru a Rossler PowerGlide and Strange 12 Bolt.
I would of liked to turn it up to the 20 psi that was ran at the track but i didnt feel safe with 110 mixed with pump 93..... even though my A/F on those passes dipped down to 11.1:1-10.9:1

I cant wait to hit the track in two weeks for the last time before they close for the winter...... that right there is one think i REALLY miss about TX

Im so stoked because i know she has soooo much more left in her
Kyle

why were your front tires not chalked properly, wtf was that dude doing next to the car, thats a accident waiting to happen, sorry I run a dyno for a living and that **** looked like a joke. Not to knock your car or numbers they are fantastic, I just couldnt get over how unsafe that looked, my personal car has made over 900 rwhp on my dyno and it doesnt look that dramatic, ive had few other cars over 900 rwhp including one make 1350 rwhp letting off lol and it still didnt look that dramatic. please dont take it the wrong way, I dont want to be that one ******** ruining a thread, its not my prupose, I and certainly you should expect more from a dyno shop as far as how serious they take thier business and the safety of you and your car. I look forward to seeing some track times, good luck man

Thats chocked, not chalked. There is one of them right by coiled up hose

Nice numbers but it sure seems like a lot of work just to get some dyno numbers, you already know what the car runs so you could have just figured the rwhp from that

I dont take it that way........ the car has always been that dramatic as you call it..... the shocks are always set on soft and thats exactly how the car launches at the track...... rear goes down front comes up.......
5 straps out back, wheels chalked on both sides and 2 more straps up front.....

I never feel safe anywhere im standing when i car dyno's.... none the less right beside it..... ill take it as the way you look at it.... it doesnt bother me one bit and i was the one standing there..... if its my time to go.... its just that....

Its ok its not hurting me one bit.... the car has always loaded like that..... look at my other vids on a Mustang dyno......
