I used an OBD II to delete the codes I just gave a number and a delete option. So I really cant tell you if it was low input or not.

Why not just fix the knock sensor issue and be done with codes? It's not expensive, nor difficult. And having functional knock sensors would be a good thing...

Guess I left some more info. out. Sorry guys, the car has some upgrades cam being one of them, I really think this is what is sending the bad code. I tried to replace it when i first got the code, but after about 10 miles or so it came right back on. that was almost a year ago, i havent tried again since. I guess I'll try that again tomarrow.

When you put the intake back on (guessing you took it off), I bet you pinched the knock sensor cable that hooks into the harness. It goes under the intake through a channel to the knock sensors, and it's easy to pinch if you don't pay particular attention to it. A new cable is cheap, and will fix it if that's the problem. Go to Autozone and have them read the codes. If it's low input on bank 1 and 2, that's your problem.

On mine (2000), the o-ring on the valley cover for the knock sensor went bad and leaked oil onto one of the knock sensors. Just another thing to check.
