Default tank question

i want to put a platic tank in my lt1 car..which if any ls1 plastic tank car(99-02) have a return style system...to the tank...lt1 have a pressure line return line and an evap line i think is what its called for ventillation (which i have removed so its not necessary)

ive heard of others doing the swap so im pretty sure its possible, just need to know how

All the 99-02 tanks are the same but they do have a feed, return and a vent on the sender. Why put a plastic tank in your car? The steel tank is much easier to work with when installing pumps.

because you can put an adapter to run a bigger pump by drilling a hole in the bottom of the plastic tank? you have to sump metal tanks
