boat license? you would probably wind up having stickers all over it as well as safety equipt out your @$$.

You would have to register it with the DNR but the safety equipment shouldn`t be too bad. Its not the first aquacar. Just need numbers and life jackets for everyone, and a throwable life ring. There was another one that was built a few years ago, site used to be here www.watercar.com
