Special Edition Vehicles - 30th SS Convert build question

I just bought a white with the orange stripes 30th SS convert 6spd from the original owner, he had told me that he ordered the car on the last day that you could have ordered the 30th package on a SS and also gave me the order sheet from SLP that backs up what he said. My question is SLP says there where only 957 30th SS's built but on my second window sticker from SLP it shows my car as SS #2833 and 30th SS as #967, so could someone have fudged when printing my sticker and it really is 957 the last car? or did SLP build a extra 10 cars they didint keep track of? any kind of insight on this would greatly be appreciated thanks.

Hi...saw that car on Ebay and thought the same thing.....last 30th Anv. SS built. Figures on various sites show a total of 957 built (251 verts), but I would guess your SLP sticker is correct. Could be an error on the statics....957 or 967....one middle digit off. I would suspect that the correct total is 967 and someone transcribed it incorrectly for historical purposes and it remained that way.
I also have a 97" Anv. SS 6 speed vert like yours.....wonderful cars. You got all the paperwork and extras with it....nice.
