My car was rocking.
I must have started my car about 5 times today. The last time the car started to rock back and forth like someone was bouncing on it. It has never done this before. After about 30 seconds it stopped.. Anyone know what this could be?

The ticking in my engine, a grinding and rubbing sounds coming from the front right end. Once in a while it's really sluggish almost like I lost 3 cylinders. I should probably change the fuel filter. Also heard a whining noise the other day coming from the rear of my car... So probably the fuel pump going out too. I think that's all...

How cold was it where you live and what weight oil is in it?
I ran into trouble years ago running 30 (might have been 50 weight, not multi viscosity, just "50") weight on a day that got pretty cold. When I started my '89 Formula, it rocked and sputtered and I shut it off, tried again, shut it off, eventually the oil got a little heat in it and it started to run right on about the 5th try. I changed the oil that day and had no more issues.
Could be temp related.

I'm in northern Utah. It's been raining here and snowing at my work. So pretty cold. I have no clue the oil. I just bought it. I'm chaning the oil this week though. It does take a little bit to start my car when its' cold.
