im goign to tune my car for about 600-630RWHP, i already have a racetronix intank installed and a BAP. the last thing i want is to run out of fuel on dyno day and im not sure the Racetronix and BAP can handle 600RWHP on a FI car, what are my choices? i really dont want to have to switch out my brand new racetronix intank for a dual....... what else can i do? is an inline pump possible? what other choices do i have??

Really the only other option short of a complete fuel system, is another pump in the tank. We have seen 2 pumps in-tank with BAP on one of them is good for 650rwhp. That is putting a set of 60lbs @ 100% duty on a FI car.
The next step up is a total fuel system, not cheap but good for double what you need it for most of the time.

You should consider a rail mounted FPR to stabilize your fuel pressure @ the rail.

I've got the racetronix intanke and the vortec-inline, with the stock fuel rails. I'm putting down 600 to the rear on a conservative tune. Im choking the hek outta the system with the 42lbr's go 60's if you can. I just changed my plugs and no signs of detonation or other problems. Hope this helps.

Im custom building my fuel system so I know Im not going to run out of fuel, 1/2 inch fitting welded in the bottom of my factory tank, 12an line running to the filter and down to the aeromotive 111001 pump, 1/2 inch Alu line running up into my fender and 8 an under the hood running to the rails, 8an return to the aeromotive regulator and 3/8 return back to the tank
