subframe connectors is this a good mod no matter how modded your car is i got longtubes and a cai and that is all wonder if it is worth the money and if so weld in or bolt in which better and easier to install getting a hold of a welder is no problem

Absolutely. Looking back, it should have been my first modification. These weak unibodies need all the help they can get.
Since you have longtubes, you'll have to be careful of which subframes you select. Double-diamonds are usually out of the question, though I think those are typically overkill anyway. I personally run the BMR boxed with FLP longtubes, and couldn't be happier. They did require some prep work (drilling/grinding), but nothing serious.
As mentioned previously, only buy weld-in SFC's. The bolt-on versions will eventually work their way loose. Regardless, get it welded. (Remember to disconnect the battery first.)

i put the UMI 3 point subframes in my car and damn what a difference it made it is a must. the 3 points from UMI really tuck up under the car and i went with weld ins. if you order them from BYUNSPEED there is no shipping charges.

i was planning for the umi 3 pts, for mine and these are somethin the cars should have come from the factory with, an excellent upgrade that is noticed in stock to modded cars, i have always gone with bolt ins and locktited the bolts never had a problem and the bolt ins are much easier to get into place then just weld them if you like. easy job by yourself

^The usual thing that people claim goes wrong with the bolt in ones isn't that the bolts come loose and fall out, but rather that the forces on it eventually wear out the holes the bolts are ran through, thus reducing their efficency.
I went with the slp diamonds, welded in. I was very happy but had to buy a fairly low jack to be able to jack the vehicle up.
