My Boosted car is running out of fuel! (Voltage?)
I've got an Incon twin kit on a cam-only 6 speed. (cam: 236/236/112lsa)
On hp tuners we have the power enrichment (wide throttle) requesting to what equates to a 9.5 a/f ratio!
It's only delivering 12.8-13.2 a/f up to about 5,500rpm then it gets deadly lean.
I currenlty have a Walbro 340 in-tank, 60lb Mototron Injectors, and an adjustable regulator set at 60psi on the rail, so it's not out of "potential." I don't have a fuel gauge in the car yet to see if the pressure's diving, only a boost gauge.
Is it voltage shortage with my fog lights, and an oil scavenge pump drawing current?
Any ideas? Boost a pump, or pull the tank and put in a full Racetronix set-up? Thanks, ~Joshua

Do you have the regulator setup to do boost refrence? If you have the option on it, theres no reason not to. I would get a fuel pressure gauge on it, either electric or mechanical. Anyways, just put a gauge on it before you dive into something you might not have to.

You are either dropping pressure or the rpm vs PE isn't set low enough at high rpm. After you max out the maf, it takes some crazy low rpm vs pe numbers to hit 11.5:1 actual.
Are you running a return line?
Get an electric Autometer FP gage asap as we're all guessing until you have some hard data.

That 340 pump should be plenty enough, that 8 second 1100 Hp supra that there is a vid here of rocks a single 340 pump.
You really should first hook up a fuel pressure gauge. You could also tap into the power line for the pump and hook a voltmeter up while running it.

Josh, I think we need to get together and put on your other regulator that is boost reference and rewire your current pump with a hot wire kit......Let me know if you wanna do that....
I just ordred a 255 in-tank for mine and was looking at the walbro 340 before and was told this by a vender here.
"The HP series from Walbro are all rated at 255 l/hr by Walbro even though some vendors claim 270 l/hr, there is also 255 low pressure, and 190 pumps out there that some guys sell. The GSS340, GSS341, GSS342 and the F2000169 are all the same pump with different inlets and outlets to fit different cars. Most can be made to fit the LS1 one way or another but none come with the corect fitting to drive the jet pump or the correct wire harness. Hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need more info

Thanks everyone!!!
DJ, I think I've found my answer. I'm gonna get the hot wire kit and run the boost refer'd reg. instead of the one that came with the Incon kit.
I'll update this thread next weekend with my results! ~Joshua
