Well I purchased my converter back from them in August - and just got around to doing the install on my car - which I had professionally done.

There is a rattling in the car. TC is NOT loose, i've been trying ot get ahold of Fuddle to talk to them to see if they have any other suggestions as to what it could be, but i'm starting to think I just have a bum TC.

But I can't get a hold of them!!! i've called numerous times and left a message - hopefully they'll get back to me on wednesday when they open next.
But i was just wondering if anyone has been able to get in touch with them.

We are working on contact with Fuddle though I'm hoping you ordered before we took them off the sponsor list - which hopefully will be sorted out by weeks end.

I ordered on 7/27/06 which was before they started having problems as far as I know.

While we are at this: anyone else still waiting on a convertor or having issues in warranty with Fuddle?

Spoke with John today - very friendly and helpful. Diagnosed my problem and gave me some easy fix possibilities. Also told me if it does turn out to be a faulty converter (unlikely at this point) they will fix it and take care of the install for me as well.

Just wanted to give John a little praise here(for now ) and hopefully all will be worked out.
