hey everybody. i got a 94 z28 m6. problem started a couple months ago. fans would kick on when it was raining. temperature was not a factor. oh and ses comes on. well now, the fan comes on everytime i drive it. weather and temperature not an issue. it comes on anywhere from 45 seconds to 4 minutes after i start it up. nothing else is affected but i need to know where to start looking. i would guess a short or possible groung somewhere but any idea would be helpful.

start off simple, check all your grounds, relays fuses, and wires for any crimps or cuts

Yep, could be the SES light (code) is commanding them ON.
