1.2-1.4 60ft suspension/tire/tranny setups?
I did search with no luck. So i hope this thread will help us as a community.
Anyone been able to get down to 1.2-1.4 with a 3300lbs+ race weight? If yes, whats your suspension, tires and tranny setup? How much power are you making?
Thanks.

The '70 1/2 ran hi 1.20's, lo 1.30's 60'.
I had basic ladder bars, 29 X 10 slicks, weighed 3200 exactly, made 1050 HP, Coan super glide.
As it was said, converter will be key. With the turbo, the car was too inconsistant. I went with a glide, and it helped a ton, tighting the converter made it much more consistant, didn't have to abort runs at crappy tracks. Lost a little ET, but I raced at US 41 alot, and it was pretty bad most of the time.
