were can i get ported TB, is it something you can do yourself or you have to buy it?

Doing it yourself is very easy.

Do a search for a How-To, there are plenty out there.

Like others have said, you can do it yourself. If your not the do it yourselfer MTI has a killer looking polished and ported throttle body.
