What spark plug would you recomend?

What spark plug would you recomend? I have a new set-up it is a 383 LS1, Patriot 5.3 stage 2 heads 231/231-578/578 cam. What plugs would you recomend?
I use ngk tr55 with no spray, you can go to dragstuff.com/techarticles and there is some pictures of what your plugs should look like.
