im thinking between a borla or magnaflow for a 97 ws6 lt1.. wat sounds better??
Also for the borla..in the pictures is shows 4 tips.. 2 on each side.. i want 1 on each side.. do i need an exhaust tip for that? or i can just not put it in when i get the borla package

I had SLP loudmouth 2 and loved it, you can get either two single tips like you want, or two dual tips. It sounded great after it was broken in and wasn't too loud. It did resenate at certain rpm's though, but most exhausts do.

My buddy Got Borla And Its Nasty Loud. My friends and I Love It. As Far As The Tips, It Has To Be Four On his Setup. It Uses 1 Pipe On The Passenger Side, And 2 Pipes On The Drivers Side.

I absolutely love the Hooker cat-back on LT1s. Sounded great on my mild heads and 224/230 cam setup (shorties and no cats), and it sounds awesome on my buddy's stock '97 Z as well. Amazing sounding at idle (not too loud, but its there) and roars at WOT. Not very loud in the car either. Sounds very cool coming down in the revs on a 6spd too
