Default DFW Garage Sale: Stock LS1 block, LS6 intake,5.3 heads,ZEX N2O,226/226 cam, wheels

-This past weekend my engine spun a rod bearing. I am pulling it either this weekend or next. I will sale it either repaired if the damage is minimal or sale it as is if it requires much repair. I have driven it very little since it started making noise over 3k rpm. block will come with pistons, rods, crank etc.

-cancelled LS6 intake sell..... still researching CFM 370 combo w/ VicJr.

-The car has a 226/226 cam on a 114lsa with .578/.578 lift iirc. This will be for sale separate or with the shortblock. $ 185.00

-I have a brand new (less than 2k miles) set of Patriot 5.3's that flow around 298 or so at .600 lift. They have 2.02/1.57 larger valves. $ 900.00

-I have a ZEX LS1 nitrous kit, comes with larger nitrous pills. It was good for over 115rwhp. Bottle does not look new, but works just fine. (comes with extra line and everything needed to hide it like mine $ 550.00

- I also have a 6-speed TCS reverse plug in..... it makes it where ya dont have to constantly push the TCS button..... puts it off, unless you switch it on. $30.00 bucks takes it!

- Set of 2000 Ws6 wheels... low production ugly wheels that where discontinued. $ 150.00 with 4 tires that have tread.... 2 and 2 matching.

some of this stuff is ready to go.... the rest is just waitin to be pulled.

Let me know what you think!!!

I could make more money if I sold it as a repaired longblock. We will see what the damage is like.

By the time you pay someone to repair it and purchase what needs to you are looking at minimal recovery. Let me repair and get my **** on the road for a few months at least..I want to make maximum carnage again!!!

226/226 .578/.578 on a 114 LSA..... not LSK or crazy lobes.

I put 7k miles on it..... MellowYellow put 5k or so max...

Cam is good. Been run with hardened pushrods and aftermarket valve springs. Shift points where before 6300 rpm.

wont sell it for 125.00 sorry.

you are the last fella i will sale that cam to.

wont happen.... go talk to yourself. I have already researched what I am putting together. 370cubic inch, 6.0 iron block with stock stroke and max bore. looking at a vicJr...... but worried about portmatching to a set of big bore heads. I am going to get a plate nitrous setup if I do go with the VicJr. I am looking at a 239/242 cam w/ .604/.609 lift on a 110+4LSA.... looking for 11.2:1 compression and a healthy 150 shot of nitrous (on the 1st stage) and 200 shot (on the second stage) ....One plate under the elbow and one behind the throttle body. should be good for atleast 450rwhp??

ENGINE will cost less than 2900.00

Why not a 408? If you are going to put good stuff in the motor, might as well add some CI's. It will make more power on and off the bottle. Did a reputable company come up with that cam knowing you would be spraying a 350 shot on it? It's hard to tell without knowing all the VE's, but that looks more like a NA cam.

I picked that cam..... i want a NA cam.... car is mostly street with a few trips to the track. dont want a 408..... then I will have to ditch the stock crank and fork another 800 bucks..... to me a 370 is better than a 347...... and I can get a cam that kicks way high and still without all that stroke.

the L92 is going to be a great setup, once the parts become more available. the problem is that the LS1 rockers will not work on them which sucks.
