how to remove EGR and AIR components?

how to remove EGR and AIR components? the EGR and AIR are deleted from the PCM by LS1edit in my 2000 LS1 camaro. i want to remove the EGR and AIR components hoses and the other things. any know what to remove and how? how about the EGR and AIR electrical plugs i think i have to leave them alone? correct?
