Default can i replace my springs first before installing cam?

it might be awhile before i do my cam install. but for now can i install my comp 918s and my new pushrods first and have it done? i know i will have to take rods out again and the rockers off when i put the cam in, but i would have the springs done already. will it hurt anything?

Yup, since you have an M6 it might also help you from bending a pushrod if you shift fo 2nd at not 4th at WOT. Some shops suggest 918's just to be safe, even on a stock cam, so by all means!
