Default Idler Pulley Torque Spec's

What's the torque spec for the idler pulley ( the pulley right above the alternator ). The bearings on my old one crapped out and I bought a new one, but I don't want to over torque and destroy it. Can any one help?

I'ts also 37 ft/lbs for the Air Conditioner Tensioner pulley as well. The new one also says to remove the plastic washer that was on the old bolt before replacing.
